How to buy?

Choose one or several Jutebags and press 'Add to cart'
After adding Jutebags to your cart, you can see a shopping cart icon on the right with quantity and price.
By clicking 'View cart & checkout' selected bags are displayed. In this step you can change and fill out the order.

Choose a shipping method. We offer three different services - parcel terminal by SmartPost, maxi letters and international maxi letters by Eesti Post.
Once you have filled all the required fields you can confirm your order. If all went without any problems you will find prepayment invoice after few minutes on your e-mail address.
After receiving prepayment invoice you can also change or cancel it by sending e-mail about changes to info@jutekott.ee
Once the payment has been received we will ship your order to the specified address no later than 7 days, usually we ship our orders within 3 business days.
In case it takes more than a few days to process your order we will be sure to notify you.

Adding bags to the shopping cart does not require you to buy.
Jutegoods OÜ is not responsible for delays caused by SmartPost or Eesti Post.
All prices include value added tax (20%).
Jutegoods OÜ uses personal information only to fulfill orders. We do not disclose information to third parties, except in cases prescribed by law.

Bags can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of goods.
The warranty does not apply to products, which are used not as you can read under Jutekott maintenance below.

All bags are laminated and therefore you can easily clean them with a damp cloth.
Hand wash 30°C, bleaching, ironing and tumble are prohibited.
